Bias: long only while gold holds above $4,436. No shorts.
Wait: pullback into support — $4,548 / $4,505 / prior swing low / rising trendline. Do not buy the falling knife.
Trigger: bullish rejection candle on the 15-min (bullish engulfing / hammer / higher low).
Stop: 10 points below the swing low.
Target: +15 points (150 ticks) at next resistance / round number; run to +20 on strong trend days.

Setup 2 · Breakout–Retest Long (secondary)

Only if: price breaks $4,579 or $4,601, then retests the broken level and holds.
Trigger: reclaim candle off the retest on the 15-min.
Stop: 10 points below the retest level.
Target: +15 points. Skip if price runs away with no clean retest.
